He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design) About the Role We are looking for an Associate – Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech) to join the Leap Scholar team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage effective hiring and selection processes Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals, and recruitment vendors Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, follow-ups, and successful onboarding Conduct thorough pre-screening and candidate assessments Coordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experience Ideal Candidate Profile 2–7 years of proven experience in non-technical recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail Effective stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Location - ( Nariman Point, Mumbai) Life @ Leap Mutual Respect We love people who are ‘relentlessly resourceful’.
