Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for non-technical roles.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule interview rounds.
Maintain and update
candidate trackers, offer trackers, and MIS reports
.
Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
Support onboarding activities and ensure documentation compliance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring cycles.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.
3-8 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition or HR recruitment.
