Position : Non IT Recruiter

Exp : 6 Month

Location : Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

Handle hiring for roles such as Production, Quality, PPC, Maintenance, R&D, Design Engineers, Purchase, Logistics, HR, and other plant functions.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

2. Sourcing & Screening

Use job portals, social media platforms, networking, and references to identify potential candidates.

Review resumes, evaluate experience, and screen profiles based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess skill fit and cultural suitability.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications.

Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, recruitment agencies, and external partners.

4. Recruitment Operations

Ensure documentation, offer negotiations, salary discussion, and offer rollout.

Handle onboarding coordination and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.

5. Market & Industry Knowledge

Stay updated with automotive industry trends, skill demands, and competitor hiring patterns.

Provide insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring challenges.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing sector.

Good understanding of shop-floor and plant-based roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and MS Office.
