About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR / People team. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment operations, help build a strong talent pipeline, and work closely with hiring managers across departments to meet hiring needs efficiently.

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers / department heads to understand staffing requirements and define job specifications.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, campus outreach, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates matching the role requirements (skills, experience, location, etc.).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (screening calls, technical / HR rounds, panel interviews), and manage the interview logistics.
  • Manage candidate communication keeping applicants informed throughout the recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer / rejection.
  • Maintain and update candidate database / recruiter tracker / applicant-tracking system (ATS or spreadsheets), ensuring proper documentation of all applicants and interview feedback.
  • Assist in generative analytics or recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate funnel stats) if needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or any relevant discipline) or equivalent education.
  • Minimum ~3 years of prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar HR/Recruiter role (full-cycle recruitment) ideally in a dynamic / fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Good understanding of various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking platforms, referrals, campus outreach).
  • Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate fit (for skills, experience, role-fit, cultural-fit).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously — good time-management and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and collaborating closely with multiple departments.
