Job Description

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments to identify and fulfill new manpower requirements. Analyze and finalize job descriptions based on role requirements. Publish job descriptions across relevant platforms and job portals. Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and collect feedback from interviewers. Conduct document verification for selected candidates and negotiate salary offers. Coordinate with the IT department, HR team, and respective HODs for smooth onboarding. Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation and induction programs for new hires. Manage third-party hiring processes and newspaper advertisements for recruitment needs. Education & Work Experience: Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate from a reputed institute. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment or consultancy roles (Fields of specialization Sales, Real Estate, Construction &b Finance.) Key Skills: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent, aligning with business objectives and fostering a productive workforce.
