Job Description: Marketing Manager Vianaar is Goa's leading luxury real estate company, known for building beautiful holiday homes in the serene villages of North Goa, Kasauli, and Sri Lanka. We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Marketing Manager with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing to join our team in Goa. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic and brand visibility.  Collaborate on creative campaigns that showcase the unique features and experiences offered by the brand  Oversee the creation of engaging content, including photo and video shoots, brochures, and newsletters.  Market research and marketing strategy development  Support sales team with relevant collaterals and other materials to assist in sales  Working closely with the Performance marketing team to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and customer insights.  Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies. Skills and Qualifications:  Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Experience in overseeing promotional activities and campaigns  Proficiency in market research, strategy and campaign management skills  Experience in content creation and management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,053.26 - ₹55,571.85 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 27/05/2025
