· Designing and updating job descriptions.
· Proactively search for candidates both via direct outreach and via online portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs, recruiters etc.)
· Good understanding of keywords, and applying the same while searching resumes.
· Shortlisting relevant & suitable resumes.
· Conducting preliminary interviews, telephonic Interviews, and shortlist candidates.
· Manage on boarding process & conduction background checks post selection.
· Coordinating with candidates at all stages until on boarding.
· Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated.
· Work with team to create road map for attrition (across functions and levels) based on internal and external interactions.
· Responsible for marketing the organization on LinkedIn, recruiting portals and targeted campuses to attract better quality if talent.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Work to ensure the timelines of sourcing are met.
· Any Graduate & MBA/PGDM in HR.
