Role Summary:

510 recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Management

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 510 recruiters.
    • Monitor team performance through defined KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire).
    • Provide training, guidance, and motivation to ensure high productivity.
  2. Volume Hiring & Delivery

    • Drive end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume requirements (20–30 hires per month).
    • Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring positions.
  3. Stakeholder & Business Partnering

    • Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver on hiring needs.
    • Conduct regular update meetings with stakeholders and provide hiring dashboards.
    • Manage recruitment vendors and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Process & Compliance

    • Implement standardized recruitment processes across the team.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities.
  5. Talent Branding & Market Intelligence

    • Strengthen employer branding through social media, campus drives, and referral programs.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Post-Graduate in HR / MBA-HR or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years of overall recruitment experience

    with at least

    3–4 years in a managerial role

    .
  • Proven track record in

    volume hiring (20–30 per month)

    across multiple functions.
  • Experience in managing a team of recruiters (5–10 members).
  • Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
