Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a solid background in the real estate industry to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales and support roles within the real estate domain. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization, primarily in sales and real estate operations. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals. Screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks. Coordinate and conduct interviews with department heads. Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Monitor and report recruitment metrics and suggest improvements. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the real estate sector (mandatory). Strong understanding of real estate job roles, especially sales and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using job portals and ATS tools. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Why Join Us?
