Business Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement business strategies across multiple units or locations (the cluster) to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets. • Align local cluster goals with national or regional objectives. 2. Cluster Operations Management • Oversee day-to-day operations across all units in the cluster. • Ensure operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency across locations. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each unit. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth • Drive sales performance through strategic planning, promotions, and customer engagement. • Identify new business opportunities within the cluster. • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. 4. Team Leadership & Development • Lead a team of unit/store/branch managers within the cluster. • Set performance targets, conduct reviews, and support professional development. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the cluster team. 5. Customer Experience & Relationship Management • Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all cluster locations. • Handle key client relationships and support major deals or escalations. • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, HR, and finance to support local business needs. • Act as the key liaison between corporate headquarters and local units. 7. Risk & Compliance • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. 8. Market Intelligence • Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. • Use data and insights to drive business decisions and competitive advantage.
