We are looking for a Regional Business Leader who will be responsible for managing demand & supply at the geography level. This role involves driving revenue, profitability, and ensuring a great customer experience within the region. You will be tasked with developing city-specific strategies to identify growth opportunities, drive penetration, and manage the channel mix effectively. Maximizing revenue and profitability are key aspects of this role. You will be required to focus on maximizing Gross Margin, Operating Margin, and CM1 at a city level through effective management of pricing, mix, and last mile efficiency. Tailoring the product portfolio and pricing based on city preferences, ensuring availability, and deploying competitive pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability will be essential. Ensuring high service standards, addressing delivery challenges, monitoring feedback, and enhancing customer experience are also part of the responsibilities. Active collaboration and alignment with Category, Brand, Consumer Insights, and Supply Chain teams to achieve city-level goals are crucial. Utilizing data-driven strategies to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and refine strategies by monitoring traffic, conversion, and order values will be key to success in this role. We are looking for candidates with an MBA and around 7-8 years of experience in high-stakes environments.
