Job Title : Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Noida

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of hiring processes. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through offer closure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, align on hiring strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Sourcing Strategy:

    Use various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Interview Coordination

    : Schedule interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining transparency, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout the hiring process.
  • Data & Reporting:

    Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire, and share regular hiring reports with leadership.
  • Employer Branding:

    Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media posts, recruitment campaigns, and talent marketing.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases.
  • Experience coordinating and conducting initial candidate screenings and assessments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously..
