Roles & Responsibilities Translate brand marketing strategies into action. Plan the annual roadmap for the brand/campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Strategy team. Analyse and evaluate the competitive environment and provide timely and relevant inputs Serve as a business advisor not just to the client, but also to the management and the internal teams. Provide consistent, valuable and relevant guidance for strategic projects. Up-sell and cross-sell other services within the client business. Effective control and ownership of budgets and manpower allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional, internal teams to support the client’s business Ensuring deadlines and optimal credit period management are met. Drive and build a solid business development model with focus on both; current client relation and new business development. Skills & Competencies 12+ years of experience in Account Management with at least 7 years in a team leading role with the Advertising industry. Experience of mainline + digital (heavy). Prior experience of leading accounts across Beauty, Lifestyle is required. Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Planning, Creative and Project teams. Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations. People Management, Leadership skills.
