Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Leadership

  • Develop and execute an organization-wide hiring strategy aligned with Repos’ business goals and growth roadmap.
  • Lead

    leadership, strategic, niche, and volume hiring

    across all departments including

    Sales, Marketing, Tech, After Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations

    .
  • Build and mentor a high-performing TA team capable of handling diverse recruitment mandates.
  • Design scalable hiring frameworks and talent pipelines for long-term success.

2. End-to-End Recruitment Excellence

  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — with focus on

    quality and speed

  • Manage

    bulk and volume hiring drives

    , ensuring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs and execute timely closures.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques, market mapping, and headhunting strategies.

3. Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration

  • Work closely with CXOs and Department Heads to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and L&D teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

4. Data, Process & Employer Branding

  • Use recruitment analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure process excellence, compliance, and adherence to Repos’ cultural ethos.
  • Partner with the MarCom team to enhance

    employer branding

    and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and talent networks.

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may shift dynamically.
  • Be flexible with working hours as hiring demands may extend beyond usual timelines.
