Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Studycaller, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of building a talented and diverse workforce. Your main responsibilities will include: - Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to source top talent for various roles. - Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. - Job Postings: Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. - Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database. - Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience. - Employer Branding: Assist in creating and sharing engaging content to promote Studycaller as an employer of choice. - Market Research: Conduct research on hiring trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition. - Support Activities: Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus. - Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. - A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
