We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and is ideal for HR students seeking practical industry experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and lateral positions

• Source and screen resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling (telephonic & virtual)

• Conduct initial HR screening and maintain candidate databases

• Prepare and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring documentation

• Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding formalities

Desired Skills:

➢ Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

➢ Good communication and interpersonal skills

➢ Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets

➢ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

➢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
