Purpose/Objective


    The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role at Adani, responsible for attracting top talent to drive the growth and success of our operations at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a key member of the HR team, the specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Adani's dynamic and inclusive culture while shaping the future of talent acquisition within the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the group. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. - Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. - Coordinate with external agencies and partners for specialized recruitment needs. - Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Adani's reputation as an employer of choice in the Airports industry. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders. - Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies based on industry best practices. - Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Technical Competencies


    Demonstrated experience in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.,Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques through online channels, social media, and professional network,Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.,Experience in conducting behavioral interviews and candidate assessments.

Qualifications and Experience


    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
