Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Udaipur. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Strong understanding of various recruitment channels and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
• Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
