With a growing client base across multiple sectors, we’re expanding our internal HR team and looking for a passionate Human Resources Executive with around 1 year of experience who’s eager to learn, lead, and grow with us. Your Role as our HR Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations — helping us attract top talent, support employee engagement, and strengthen our organizational culture. You’ll work closely with department heads and management to ensure seamless HR processes and meaningful employee experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Execute organic talent acquisition strategies: sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other professional networks. Build strong employer branding to attract quality talent naturally, enhancing the company’s visibility. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases. Assist in employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR policy implementation. Support performance tracking, appraisal management, and HR reporting. Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 6 months of HR experience, preferably with recruitment and general HR functions. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and professional networks for sourcing candidates. Experience in organic talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools.
