Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for assigned roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist relevant candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update status reports regularly.
  • Support onboarding formalities for selected candidates.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience

    in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Available to join

    immediately

    or within a short notice period.


Contract Terms:

  • Duration:

    6 months (renewable based on performance)
  • Type:

    Full-time, on-site
  • Performance-based extension

    or conversion to permanent role
