Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source top talent from various channels.
Conduct technical interviews to assess candidate skills and fit for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Expertise in Vendor Management and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
