Role Overview:- We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential leads, engaging with customers over phone calls, and effectively communicating the value of our services and offerings. Unlike traditional telecalling, this position requires you to build trust, understand customer needs, and convert interest into enrolments or sales. Your daily tasks will involve making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, maintaining an active lead database, and consistently achieving your daily and monthly conversion targets. You will be the voice of the company — ensuring every call reflects professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach. This is a performance-driven role with fixed targets and attractive incentive structures, offering strong earning potential for individuals who are ambitious, persuasive, and thrive in a competitive environment. Note: Prior telecalling / telesales experience is required. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls (domestic and international) to prospective leads and customers from the database or inbound inquiries. Pitch products/services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Understand customer requirements, answer queries, and provide relevant solutions. Follow up on leads, maintain strong call activity, and convert calls into successful sales or enrolments. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and conversions using CRM or internal systems. Meet and exceed daily call targets and monthly sales/admission goals. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Strong communication skills with a clear and confident voice. Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
