Role Summary: As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing potential business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Your primary goal is to collect a minimum of 25 qualified leads per day, verify their accuracy, and update them in the company’s CRM or lead database. NOTE: MUST HAVE A PROPER SYSTEM and INTERNET CONNECTION, else PLEASE DO NOT apply! Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads on social media platforms. Collect and validate lead information such as name, company, contact details, and service interest. Ensure data accuracy and timely entry into the lead management system. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals. Maintain daily lead reports and achieve daily/weekly targets. Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, or a similar role (1 year minimum experience required) Strong understanding of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Excellent research and data entry skills.
