Role Summary: We are seeking experienced and result-driven professionals for the International Sales team who have a proven track record of engaging international clients (especially hospitals, distributors, and tender authorities) in the medical industry. The candidate must be capable of identifying opportunities, managing communications, and converting leads into successful business. Key responsibilities: Identify and approach international hospitals, government/NGO tenders, and private healthcare groups. Generate inquiries and RFQs from new and existing clients across global markets. Handle product pitching, quotation preparation, negotiations, and closing of sales. Follow up on ongoing tenders and institutional buying requirements. Maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams – procurement, purchase, and logistics – to ensure smooth execution. Prepare sales reports and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Required Skills and Requirements: 2+ years of experience in international sales or exports of medical products (mandatory). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Experience in handling hospital procurement departments, tenders, or bulk buyers. Proficient in email and CRM-based client management. Familiarity with documentation for exports is a plus. Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA – International Business/Sales preferred).
