Role Overview: We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team in New Delhi. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with 5-6 years of experience in the medical industry, specifically in Domestic Sales in government and private hospitals who now want to grow in a sales and client-facing leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Execute field sales strategies under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager Manage and mentor a team of Medical Representatives Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to promote our product range Utilize prior purchase experience to understand buyer behavior and positioning Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives Train and guide the sales team in product knowledge and effective selling techniques Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support Submit timely sales reports, field activity logs, and market insights. Preferred Candidate Profile: 5-6 years of experience in Domestic Sales or Institutional Sales in the Medical Devices or Healthcare industry Strong network and understanding of hospital procurement processes Ability to leverage purchase knowledge in sales positioning and client engagement Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Marketing, or Business Management Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Show more Show less
