Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Procurement Executive located in West Delhi. The Senior Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, issuing purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely acquisition of high-quality medical products. The role also involves close coordination with various departments to meet procurement needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Experience in Medical Product distribution/trading/manufacturing company.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Tendering and managing network of Vendors
• Knowledge of international procurement standards and documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Obtaining rates from Vendors and Making comparison sheets
• Supporting Marketing team with rates as per the specifications
