Senior Procurement Executive

As a Senior Procurement Executive at Inspiroz IT Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement of IT assets and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, licenses, and vendor contracts. Your role will involve working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive cost-effective and compliant purchasing decisions that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and networking equipment. - Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, resellers, and service providers. - Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with project needs and budgets. - Monitor software license compliance and manage renewals. - Ensure timely and strategic sourcing in line with organizational priorities. - Track IT spending and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. - Support vendor performance evaluations and maintain procurement records. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain roles. - Strong background in IT contract negotiation, licensing models (SaaS/IaaS), and vendor management. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and cloud technologies. - Proficient in MS Excel and analytical tools. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This position involves night shifts with opportunities to collaborate with global vendors, with shift timings from 6 PM to 3.30 AM.
