Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Procurement Executive. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, overseeing purchase management, and ensuring all procurements meet the required specifications and timelines. The role involves regular coordination with suppliers, negotiation of terms and contracts, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Vendor Management and Tendering Process
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate with suppliers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
