Procurement Executive

As an Executive/ Sr. Executive of Procurement, you will be responsible for managing overall activities in the Procurement Function. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with HOD for closure of day-to-day activities related to the Procurement Dept. - Maintaining close coordination with other related functions for timely closure of requirements. - Ensuring cost-effective and favorable procurement of Plant & Machinery, Engineering Materials, Consumables, Repair & Maintenance by inviting and analyzing quotations and preparing a Techno-Commercial Comparative Statement. - Ensuring timely closure of Indents received from user Dept. - Closing of ARCs for Consumable Items, Misc. Repairs & Maintenance Work across Group Level. - Developing new vendors and negotiating to arrive at the lowest cost proposition from vendors at the best quality. - Creating and issuing Purchase Orders, and maintaining records for the same. - Tracking Purchase Orders, following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of material, and reviewing the quality of purchased products. - Creating Monthly Reports, MIS & Presentation for monthly review, highlighting department achievements and driving meaningful transformation for Projects. Qualifications required for this role are: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical. - Minimum Experience of 3-7 Years. - Experience in Projects Procurement (Including Civil Work) will be an added advantage. - Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with team handling abilities. - Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment. - Well-versed with documentation and system adherence in the Procurement Function. - Proficient in Excel and Presentation. - Ability to drive things on your own.
