As a Warehouse Supervisor at INDICOLD, your main responsibility will be to oversee shipping and receiving operations, material handling, inventory control, and forklift operation on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely loading and unloading of goods within the stipulated time frame and highlighting any delays to the concerned stakeholders. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of labours and pickers, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by drivers, pickers, and labours, and making sure that the dock supervisors/senior labours follow the proper systems assigned by the company. This is a full-time on-site role based in Palwal, Ahmedabad, and nearby locations. The annual CTC for this position is 3 lacs.,
