Key Responsibilities:

A) Tender Management:

• Prepare

B) Procurement Operations:

C) Vendor Management & Development:

• Identify, develop, and manage

  reliable vendors

  in the medical field.
• Evaluate vendor performance and build

  long-term partnerships

• Ensure the best combination of

  cost, quality, and delivery

D) Order & Department Management:

• Manage the entire

  order lifecycle

  – from inquiry to delivery.
• Support the

E) Product Research & Market Understanding:

• Stay updated with

Requirement:

• Graduate in Science / Commerce / Engineering / Business, Biomedical Engineer are more preferrable.
• Minimum

  2–5 years of experience in procurement of medical devices and hospital equipment

• Strong knowledge of

  technical specifications

  , supplier markets, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, tender portals, and procurement tools.
