Job Summary

ATS tools


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    (sourcing to onboarding) using ATS platforms for tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs across

    tech, product, operations, marketing, and customer experience

    functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and industry-specific networks.
  • Leverage

    ATS tools

    to manage candidate pipelines, generate reports, and optimize hiring processes.
  • Drive

    E-commerce hiring strategies

    , ensuring quick turnaround time for critical roles.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements and company culture.
  • Ensure an engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain and track hiring metrics such as TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.
  • Support

    employer branding

    initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the E-commerce space.
  • Stay updated with talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the

    E-commerce ecosystem

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the

    E-commerce / Retail industry

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment data to drive improvements.
