Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    full‑cycle recruitment

    : engage with hiring managers, source candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, and oversee pre‑onboarding communication
  • Build and maintain

    talent pipelines

    through diverse channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, events, and passive candidates
  • Conduct

    rigorous screening

    (resume reviews, phone, and technical interviews), assess fit using competency-based criteria
  • Partner with

    stakeholders

    (hiring managers, HR, business leaders) to align on priorities, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates
  • Lead

    offer management

    : articulate compensation packages, negotiate terms, manage counteroffers, and ensure acceptance
  • Own

    candidate experience

    from first touchpoint through join date: proactive communication, feedback sharing, smooth transitions, and engagement initiatives


Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in full‑lifecycle hiring (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers) at high-growth or high‑performance firms
  • Strong sourcing skills

    : sourcing passive talent and creative outreach strategies
  • Screening and assessment

    : experienced in structured screening, behavioural & competency-based evaluation
  • Excellent

    communication and negotiation

    capability for offers and stakeholder interaction
  • Stakeholder management

    : ability to influence, align and collaborate with multiple internal partners
  • Data-driven mindset: proficiency in ATS, recruitment dashboards, and reporting & analytics
  • Problem-solving aptitude

    : design creative sourcing solutions, agile process thinking, attention to detail
  • Project execution

    : aptitude to run hiring-related initiatives, manage timelines and drive results
