As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes tasks such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions accordingly. Utilizing various sourcing methods like job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals will be crucial in identifying potential candidates. Your role will involve conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process is essential. It is imperative to maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and audit will be necessary, along with maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitments/Hiring - Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies In the Desired Candidate Profile section, the company is looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Hiring.
