Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The role involves partnering closely with the Senior TA Partner to understand hiring needs, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and maintain all TA-related data. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior TA Partner to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies for various departments.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.

• Source candidates through multiple recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and employee referrals.

• Maintain and update all Talent Acquisition trackers, databases, and reports with accuracy and timeliness.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.

• Support in building and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives within the TA function.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage TA data efficiently.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet timelines in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
