Talent Acquisition Associate

As a TA Fresher Recruiter, your role will involve assisting the Recruiters in completing the workflow process. This includes tasks such as: - Collecting selected candidate documents - Verifying candidate documents - Updating the ATS with candidate details - Coordinating with various stakeholders - Initiating background verification (BGV) - Working with candidates to ensure completion of activities - Following up with candidates to complete BGV forms - Maintaining reports - Verifying documents shared by Recruiters on a need basis - Coordinating Weekday and Weekend Drives based on the volume and number of interviews scheduled by Recruiters - Handling other recruitment activities as assigned from time to time Qualifications Required: - MBA 2021/2020 pass out (HR),
