About the Role We are looking for an Associate to join our internal team. This is a foundational role ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the talent consulting space. As an Associate, you will work closely with our Founders and senior leadership on strategic hiring mandates, cross-functional initiatives, and building the business from zero to one. You’ll gain exposure to senior client stakeholders and industry leaders, while experiencing the fast-paced environment of a growing startup and leaving a visible impact from day one. Key responsibilities Support end-to-end execution of recruitment mandates, from sourcing to contracting Source, screen, and evaluate top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMJobs, referrals, and our internal networks Collaborate with leadership and domain experts for second-level assessments Track market insights, talent trends, and candidate pipelines Prepare client-ready reports, dashboards, and candidate briefs Manage communication and coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle Be a problem-solver—whether it’s refining our sourcing process, improving client experience, or finding creative solutions to talent challenges Skills & Qualifications Founder’s mindset – proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with job portals and talent sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, IIM Jobs) is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills A proactive, self-driven attitude with an eagerness to learn What We Offer Monday to Friday work week Direct mentorship from founders and senior leaders with decades of industry experience Opportunity to work on strategic projects across hiring, sales, operations, and technology Fast-paced, high-learning environment in a purpose-driven organization Eligibility Criteria Must be available for a full-time engagement
