About the Role

We are looking for an Associate to join our internal team. This is a foundational role ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the talent consulting space.


As an Associate, you will work closely with our Founders and senior leadership on strategic hiring mandates, cross-functional initiatives, and building the business from zero to one. You’ll gain exposure to senior client stakeholders and industry leaders, while experiencing the fast-paced environment of a growing startup and leaving a visible impact from day one.


Key responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of recruitment mandates, from sourcing to contracting
  • Source, screen, and evaluate top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMJobs, referrals, and our internal networks
  • Collaborate with leadership and domain experts for second-level assessments
  • Track market insights, talent trends, and candidate pipelines
  • Prepare client-ready reports, dashboards, and candidate briefs
  • Manage communication and coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Be a problem-solver—whether it’s refining our sourcing process, improving client experience, or finding creative solutions to talent challenges


Skills & Qualifications

  • Founder’s mindset – proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with job portals and talent sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, IIM Jobs) is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with an eagerness to learn
