We are hiring a target-driven Talent Acquisition Associate in Kota to help us expand our employer base and accelerate job closures.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Matching

• Call and screen candidates using our internal database, field outreach, and WhatsApp
• Match candidate profiles to open roles and share job details
• Maintain communication to ensure candidate interest and availability

Interview Coordination & Follow-up

• Schedule interviews between candidates and employers
• Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and follow up for feedback
• Track closures and document hiring outcomes

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Good communication skills
