Job Title: Growth Sales Manager (Recruitment/HR Tech Industry) Location: Delhi (Hybrid) CTC: ₹10-12 LPA + TA & DA + Performance Bonuses Experience: 3 to 6 years in sales/team management (HR tech, job portals, staffing, or recruitment agencies preferred) About the Role We’re hiring a Growth Sales Manager to lead our high-energy sales team in the recruitment solutions space. You’ll drive revenue by acquiring new clients (employers or staffing agencies), optimizing lead-gen pipelines, and mentoring GSAs to hit aggressive targets. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and train a 5-8 member Growth Sales Associate (GSA) team to: - Generate 100+ leads/day from job portals & Social Media. - Close deals with employers, staffing agencies, and corporate HR teams. - Achieve monthly revenue targets. Industry-Specific Lead Gen: - Hunt for clients needing bulk hiring, recruitment automation tools, or premium job postings. - Leverage competitor job portals to approach clients. - Process Building: Design SOPs for recruitment product demos, pricing negotiations, and client onboarding. - Performance Tracking: Monitor conversion rates, client retention, and deal sizes using CRM tools. You’re a Fit If You - Have B2B sales experience in HR tech, job portals, or staffing agencies. - Know how to sell recruitment solutions (e.g., job postings, resume database access, ATS tools). - Can reverse-engineer competitors’ client acquisition strategies.- Are a data-driven hustler who loves coaching junior sales reps.
