What you’ll do Build: Implement responsive, accessible, and highperformance web interfaces using modern frontend technologies. Own endtoend: Drive features from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, rollout, and postlaunch iteration. Microfrontends: Architect and evolve our microfrontend approach (e.g., module federation, shared libraries/design system, runtime integration, CI/CD + independent deploys, routing/composition strategies). Collaborate crossfunctionally: Work closely with designers, backend engineers, data/ML, and product managers to deliver cohesive, endtoend features. Code quality: Participate in code reviews; give and incorporate feedback to raise the bar on code quality and maintainability. Testing: Write unit, integration, and (where appropriate) endtoend tests to ensure reliability and stability. Debug & performance: Diagnose and resolve issues across browsers, devices, and environments; monitor and improve Core Web Vitals against performance budgets. Process & craftsmanship: Follow engineering processes and actively improve team workflows over time (tooling, standards, docs). Communication: Communicate effectively with global, crosscultural teammates to ensure alignment and clarity. Learn & lead: Stay current on frontend trends, tools, and best practices—and champion pragmatic adoption where it helps the product. What you’ll bring Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience building modern web applications. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to bridge crosscultural teams. Deep understanding of software development practices and productengineering collaboration. Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and a cando attitude with a bias to action in a fastpaced environment. Technical Skills — Required Frontend: React with TypeScript (Next.js 14), HTML/CSS. Production experience with microfrontend architecture (e.g., module federation, singlespa, runtime composition, shared UI libraries/design systems). Strong grasp of accessibility (ARIA/WCAG), performance optimization (profiling, codesplitting, caching), and secure frontend practices. Testing proficiency (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress) and modern build tooling (e.g., Webpack/Vite, package managers, lint/format). Additional Requirements (from your previous JD) Experience building systems with AI/ML or largescale data infrastructure. Previous experience as a founder, early employee, or technical lead at a fastpaced startup. Familiarity with modern productled engineering practices. Nice to Have (preferred, not required) Experience with SSR/ISR and Edge runtimes in Next.js 14; API integration patterns (REST/GraphQL), auth, and observability. Experience with design systems (Storybook, tokens, theming) and iterative delivery via feature flags/experiments. Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions), containerization, and cloudnative delivery.
