EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Content Writer to join our team to create content for

blog articles, news articles, case studies, and the company website. The responsibilities will include

evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, updating quarterly market research reports, and creating

white papers for the company. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating

content.

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines/one-liners, and body copy for

social media posts.

Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and

original.

Develop key messages & work closely with all departments to create appropriate

content, inclusive of various topics.

Design & develop a micro-learning library as part of our content subscription service on

topics related to people engagement & product learning.

Assist in preparing quarterly reports.

Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and

appealing.

Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and

marketing goals.

Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.

Proofreading and editing content before publishing.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Industry - B2B (SaaS preferred / Software)

Experience with Content writing.

Knowledge of content marketing strategies..

Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.

Technical Skills

2+ years of proven experience as a Content Writer.

You need excellent copywriting skills to be able to plan, direct, design, and edit content that get

results.

Content presentation skills – you should be able to determine how content should be packaged for

new and existing consumers to induce them to take business actions.

You should have experience in handling and strategizing marketing campaigns.

Editorial competency – you will conduct thorough audits to determine what content should be

kept, edited, rewritten, and more.

Soft Skills

A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic and

bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact of our content.

Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
