Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for clients & internal hirings.
  • Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source candidates using databases, job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Soft Skills

  • A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with several ideas about a topic.
  • Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Team player.
  • Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
  • Urging to stay updated with the latest trends and practices is highly preferred.
