We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Systems Administrator to join our India division. This role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, leading a small team, and serving as the escalation point for Helpdesk staff. The candidate will report directly to the Senior Systems Administrator and support various infrastructure and administrative projects as assigned.
· Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals.
· Act as the primary escalation point for Helpdesk issues during office hours.
· Serve as a backup for senior administration when required.
· Ensure smooth operation of systems, networks, and IT services across the division.
· Maintain documentation and compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and IT initiatives.
While specific project administration details will be determined by senior administration, the Systems Administrator will be expected to contribute to and potentially lead the following initiatives:
· Asset Management Project – Oversee tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
· ProHance Administration – Manage and maintain the ProHance workforce analytics platform, ensuring accurate reporting and system health.
· Vendor Management – Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, support, and service delivery.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· 8–10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+yrs of relevant experience.
· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and IT security.
· Experience with IT asset management tools and workforce analytics platforms (e.g., ProHance) is a plus.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Familiarity with larger office environments and vendor ecosystems.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
· Willingness to take initiative and support broader IT goals.
