Position Summary:

Team Lead – AR & Charges

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead and supervise a team of RCM specialists in AR & Charges.
• Allocate tasks effectively based on skillsets and workload capacity.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines.
• Conduct monthly one-on-ones, provide constructive feedback, and support team development.
• Drive retention of high performers while meeting organizational attrition and shrinkage goals.
• Act as a role model and ambassador of Unislink’s values and culture.

Operations Management

• Act as the first point of contact for onshore and client-related escalations.
• Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Training, Quality, HR) to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure billing accuracy, timely follow-ups, and reduced denials in AR operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders (onsite/offshore).
• Ensure compliance with

  HIPAA, CMS

  , and other healthcare regulations.
• Partner with internal leadership to deliver consistent performance and service excellence.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of

  Revenue Cycle Management

  , particularly

  AR and Charges

• Excellent understanding of end-to-end RCM processes (Billing, Payments, Denials).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and lead teams effectively.
• Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and continuous learning.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 7 years

  of experience in RCM with

  at least 2 years in a Team Lead role

  .

• Bachelor’s degree

  in any field (RCM certification preferred
