As a Senior Lead- PMO at Azentio, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing project delivery by providing governance, tracking, reporting, and coordination support. Acting as the central point of contact for PMO processes, you will ensure that project management standards, methodologies, and best practices are followed across the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining project management standards, templates, and tools, supporting the planning and execution of cross-functional product initiatives, monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization, facilitating portfolio governance meetings, and preparing executive dashboards.
