Experience: 0-3 years Work timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST Location: Hyderabad. Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Night Shift Roles And Responsibilities Handling and addressing user requests related to IT equipment (desktops/laptops and other peripherals). Monitoring, acknowledging, and troubleshooting server and service alerts received on monitoring platforms. Ensuring maximum uptime and availability of the service to the user by resolving issues. Being the first point of contact to resolve or respond to any query or issues related to hardware, software, and basic networking faced by other departments. Taking ownership of any issue. Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including laptops, routers, switches, WAN, and LAN. Proficiency with Windows Server 2012/2016, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Office 2013/2016, Office 365, G-suite, VPN client software. Knowledge in user access management - biometric and application access. Knowledge in installing and monitoring security systems like antivirus and firewall. Asset management: naming, tracking, and maintaining reports. Configuring routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security. Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting. CCTV maintenance, VoIP phone, and ISP. Awareness of ITIL/MCSA/CCNA practices. Network troubleshooting, crimping, and patching. Qualification And Skills Strong knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11) Familiarity with Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2016 or above) Understanding of computer hardware components Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Customer-oriented approach Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs Completion of Computer Hardware, Network / CCNA / MCSA Training Ability to manage multiple priorities.
