Experience: 2-5 years in staffing or recruitment preferred Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Summary We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various client job openings across multiple industries. This role requires a strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databasesScreen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and job compatibilityManage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire rolesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring client needsCoordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide timely feedbackNegotiate offers and assist with onboarding processesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)Develop relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talentStay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting strategies Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency environmentProven ability to source and place candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume settingFamiliarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.)Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to build rapport with both candidates and clientsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary with attractive incentive structure.Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Ongoing training and professional development.Dynamic work culture with a focus on collaboration and results.
