Support-Utility-Mechanical Maintenance-WDIPL" To ensure availability of all Utilities at optimized cost for the production. Compliance of Preventive and Scheduled maintenance to up keep the plant utilities at 100% Prepare track and control Utility yearly Budget and reduce operation and maintenance cost by properly planning for Inventory and control. Ensuring preparation of daily MIS, Monthly MIS,monthly costing of utilities and share with Costing & MIS department. 100% ERP adoptation - Ensure and prepare of CAPA & RCA for breakdowns and update the same in SAP PM Ensure that all Flow meters (Air,Steam,Water,LNG,HSD,FO etc. shall be operational. Providing strong leadership & ensuring high morale, team work & good employee relation at all levels including shop floor. To be responsible for running the operations of the sections with particular focus on Health & Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Delivery performance targets and ensures that regulations regarding Labour law, quality and environmental issues are met all times. Responsible for ensuring the adherence of policies /SOPs of manufacturing & qualities etc. Drive quality culture among the staff and associates to ensure a robust processes are followed to achieve reduction in overall Utilities consumption. Maintain important MIS with respect to product line, key bottlenecks, identify the gaps and take corrective actions. Implement best practices for production optimization to bring in improvements in productivity and quality. Coordination and sharing technical details to Liaison and Compliance department to Communicate & Site audit with govt official of Water Board, PESO, Pollution board, Boiler Inspector for verification and operation approval. Organize third party testing and calibration of tools and equipments in Environment monitoring, Lifting and Material Handling, Pressure vessels for statutory compliance as per time schedule.
