• Lead procurement of raw materials & packaging across chocolate, bakery, and dairy categories.
• Develop category strategies ensuring price stability, supplier reliability, and product quality.
• Oversee warehousing & distribution to ensure freshness, traceability, and timely replenishment.
• Drive cost optimization, inventory planning, and working capital efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Finance, and Manufacturing for seamless supply chain execution.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-location supply chain team.
• 12–18 years of experience in supply chain within FMCG / Food / Confectionery / QSR sectors.
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, and ERP-driven systems (SAP preferred).
• Proven track record in cost optimization, vendor development, and process excellence.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
